We are looking for an experienced intelligent bar person to live in one of our pubs in bristol. You must have exceptional customer srevice skills be organised and clean and tidy and be able to work on your own initiative. Duties include cleaning of the pub including toilets and outside areas. Serving customerskeeping the bar stocked up etc. This is very much a locals pub so you must be adaptable and able to fit in well and be patient and cheerful yet serious and very responsible. Previous experience of working a cellar with real ales would be ideal though training can be given.You must speak good clear english. There is a large flat available for this postyou would live above the pub and be responsible for taking deliveries etc when we are not there.You will be expected to work evenings and weekends You will have 2 days off a week. We would expect you to work approx 36 hours a week. In return you will have a large flat to yourself with no bills to pay and we will pay you £150 net per week.
