We re looking for a fun lady or gent whos extremely well presented has a great personality bags of enthusiasm and lots of confidence to run our busy Whiteladies Road venue. The venue is busy through most of the year and requires someone who is switched on has lots of common sense and who can motivate and run a team. The candidate will ideally possess the following qualities Previous knowledge of running a bar restaurant venue Experience of a floor management position Strong and responsible personality Ability to lead a small team Able to work in a high pressure environment Well presented with bags of charisma and enthusiasm Depending on the candidate duties could include Controlling a team Working the front of house and engaging with customers Ensuring the venue is kept immaculately clean Ordering dry stock and organising staff Taking deliveries Has a good knowledge of beers wine and spirits Has a good understanding of P&L Understands stock takes and control wastage The successful candidate will be entitled to a competitive salary depending on experience together with a profit related bonus and support from an existing organisation.
