Bar Supervisor required for busy venue in Southville Previous supervisory experience a bonus. Good knowledge of food necessary as we expect the team to know the menu inside out. Ideally we are looking for someone who is looking for a career in the food & drink trade possibilities for advancement in the company. Must be able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative. Bar Supervisor will be expected to work Friday and Saturday nights as well as other shifts during the week.
